Mexican Corn


  • 5 Corn On Cob
  • 1/4 Cup of Butter
  • 1/2 Can of Rotel Tomatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon of Brown Sugar


  1. Steam corn off of the cob
  2. Add 1/4 cup of butter
  3. Season to the taste
  4. Use 1/2 can of Rotel tomatoes
  5. Add brown sugar
