Squash Casserole


  • Yellow Squash
  • Zucchini
  • Onion
  • Cream Cheese (2 packs)
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Diced Tomatoes (1 jar)
  • Bread Crumbs (Italian)
  • Black Pepper
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Garlic Powder


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Wash and cute yellow squash and zucchini in pan.
  3. Season with black pepper, cayenne pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder.
  4. Add sliced onion.
  5. Cook in oven with light water until vegetables are tender.
  6. Mix 2 packages of cream cheese and diced tomatoes.
  7. Mix with semi cooked squash and zucchini. The consistency should be creamy.
  8. Mix in shredded cheese.
  9. Top with Italian bread crumbs.
