Ingredients
- Fresh stalk of broccoli
- Onion
- Olive Oil
- Butter
- Garlic Powder
- Sea Salt
Directions
- Break broccoli stems from stalk and wash.
- Add onion, olive oil, 1/4 stick of butter.
- Season with sea salt and garlic powder.
- Steam with light water and top over pot.
- Steam 20 minutes. Broccoli should be tender and crunchy.
